Montgomery Marketplace reserves the right to reject any vendor at their discretion. If the application is rejected the application fee will be refunded.

Payments can be made through personal check,money order or cash, mailed with application, or on the morning of the sale. Call 936-587-0517 if you have any questions.
Indoor and Outdoor Booth spaces are 12' by 12'. Indoor spaces have electricity and air conditioning. Indoor spaces are limited. Outdoor spaces do not have electricity.
Prices are as follows : Indoor space $60 ($30 per day)
Outdoor Space $40 ($20 per day)
Vendors are required to be available and open during operating hours. Operating hours are 9am-5pm Friday and Saturday of the second Weekend of each month.
Please check in upon arrival to receive your map of vendor locations. Spaces will be assigned. Booth must be set-up and ready to operate by 9am on the Friday of the sale. Gates will be open to the property allowing for set-up of the booths at 8:00am on that Friday morning. If you need longer,please request an early set-up, and a Thursday evening can be coordinated. At closing time the doors and gates will be locked so items do not have to be packed away daily. Although we will do our best to protect our location, Montgomery Marketplace is not responsible for any items left overnight.
Vendors will sell their own items so they need to be on location. Each Vendor is responsible for their own licenses, health department, tax permits, cash and sales tax. (If applicable)
Outdoor Vendors are required to provide a canopy for both shade and uniformity. The canopy must be either staked our weighted to prevent any weather/ wind related accidents.
This is a Non-Smoking Facility. Please keep our facilities clean. We would like this to be an enjoyable experience for all.
All Vendors will be required to sign this contract before setting up their booth. By Signing this contract, you are agreeing and stating that you will comply with all the above rules of Montgomery Marketplace.
